Shipment Processing Time

At CityEdgeShop, we ship directly from multiple warehouses to ensure a quick and efficient delivery experience once your order is processed. Order processing generally takes 24-72 hours, though high order volumes may result in slight delays. In these cases, or if a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow additional days in transit if there is a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or situations outside of our control) that may impact delivery times.

Note: Some products may have specific processing or shipping times based on supplier or warehouse conditions. Any exceptions or variations in the processing or delivery timeframe will be indicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Once shipped, packages generally arrive within 6-15 business days. However, certain suppliers operate with an estimated delivery time of up to 22 business days. The estimated delivery time for your product will be provided at the time of your purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be added to your order details, and you will receive an email notification. This allows you to keep track of your order’s status from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CityEdgeShop is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or import fees) are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or import fees, we will issue a refund for the product cost but retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receiving the item. To be eligible for assistance with damaged goods, this reporting window is strictly observed. Following approval, we will guide you through the replacement or return process as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns

For returns, contact our customer care team. Our support team will provide guidance on the return process, which includes obtaining prior authorization and adhering to the Return and Refund Policy. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
